When you book our mobile bicycle repair services:

  • You agree to provide accurate information about your bicycle and repair needs
  • You understand that bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
  • You agree to make your bicycle available at the scheduled time and location
  • You authorize our mechanics to perform the agreed-upon repairs

3.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.

3.3 Payment

You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with the Services at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. Payment is due at the time of service completion unless alternative arrangements have been made for corporate accounts. We accept major credit/debit cards and contactless payments.

3.4 Service Warranty

We provide a 30-day warranty on our labor. If an issue related to our repair work occurs within this period, we will rectify it at no additional charge. Parts supplied by us are covered by manufacturer warranties, typically ranging from 6-12 months. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Website Content

The content on our Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Boroughlyx or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 Limited License
