We recommend booking at least 3-5 business days in advance for individual repairs. For corporate visits with multiple bikes, 1-2 weeks notice is ideal. However, we do maintain some flexibility for urgent repairs, so please contact us even if you need a last-minute appointment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, contactless payments (including Apple Pay and Google Pay), and bank transfers for corporate accounts. We currently don't accept cash payments for security and administrative reasons.
Do you provide warranty on repairs?
Yes, all our repairs come with a 30-day warranty. If you experience any issues related to our work within this period, we'll return to fix it at no additional charge. Parts that we supply are covered by manufacturer warranties, typically ranging from 6-12 months.
What if my office doesn't have an outdoor space for repairs?
We're accustomed to working in various London locations with space constraints. Our mobile workshop is self-contained and can operate in loading bays, car parks, or any small outdoor area. We only need approximately 3x5 meters of space. For buildings without any suitable outdoor space, we can discuss alternative arrangements during booking.
