How to Use Our Schedule
Our mobile workshop visits different London areas on specific days of the week. Check below to see when we'll be in your area and book a convenient time slot.
Coverage Area
We currently service Central London, West End, City of London, Canary Wharf, King's Cross, and Shoreditch/Old Street areas.
Time Slots
We offer morning (8:30-12:00), lunchtime (12:00-14:00), and afternoon (14:00-17:30) slots to accommodate your work schedule.
Corporate Bookings
For corporate clients with multiple bicycles, we offer dedicated visit days. Contact us directly to arrange these.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3-5 business days in advance to secure your preferred time slot. Popular areas and lunchtime slots tend to book up quickly. For corporate bookings with multiple bicycles, 1-2 weeks notice is ideal.
What if I need to reschedule?
We understand that plans change. You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time without any fee. Please contact us by phone or email to arrange a new time slot.
Can you visit my area if it's not on the schedule?
We're constantly expanding our service areas based on demand. If your location isn't currently on our regular schedule, please contact us. We can often accommodate special requests, particularly for corporate bookings with multiple bicycles.
What happens if it's raining on my scheduled day?
Our mobile workshop is designed to operate in most weather conditions. Light rain doesn't affect our ability to work. In case of severe weather that might compromise repair quality or safety, we'll contact you to reschedule. We always monitor weather forecasts and will proactively reach out if we anticipate issues.
